Hello Sweeties!! Well, it is now time to say "farewell" to a wonderful group of young ladies that I've had the pleasure of sharing so many fond memories with!!! I just wanted to say "Thank You" for being such a wonderful group of beautiful, sweet, and special girls - I am truly going to MISS EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU!!!!

I wanted to let you know that I have sent you your Royalty letter, full of reminders, the schedule, rehearsals, and duties for the California Star Grand Finals. It is going to be a special weekend and at the same time it is going to be sad to say farewell! But remember, you will always have a special place in my heart because YOU WERE THE FIRST CALIFORNIA STAR ROYALTY and that I will never forget!!!!!!

I had a couple of moms e-mail me regarding a very important question about "Sportswear" Modeling.

Question has been.......Is sportswear modeling mandatory if you are just competing for Beauty Age Division.

Answer: "No" It is not mandatory Sportswear, unless you are competing for the Prestigious Title of Grand Supreme, then you can either do Sportswear, or Talent.

If you are competing for Grand Supreme the categories are as follows:

Beauty

Photogenic

Modeling (Sportswear), OR Talent.

If you do BOTH Sportswear AND Talent then the highest score will be applied towards Grand Supreme points.

Fashion of Your Choice (known to many as "Anything Goes") and Commercial Talent ARE OPTIONALS.

I think many moms were also questioning if you have to do both Sportswear and Fashion of Your Choice to qualify for Grand Supreme, and the answer there is "no" also. Now, if you do both Sportswear and Fashion of Your Choice and have the highest combined points in both those categories than you qualify for "Model of the Year"

Remember, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL ME OR E-MAIL ME IF YOU HAVE ANY, ANY OTHER QUESTIONS!!! I want everyone to be fully prepared and understand all the categories we are offering at our Grand Finals!

Contestants will compete in appropriate beauty/handsome attire.
Judging will be based on choice of attire, stage presence, age
appropriate modeling and facial beauty.
All judging will be age appropriate. Make up is allowed on all
ages 2 and older.
(Absolutely no make up of hair extensions on babies younger than
2 years of age).
All American Wear
This is an All~ American themed category. Show your patriotism.
Anything red, white, and blue or simply All-American is allowed
in attire. Be creative! Anything representing your love of the
United States of America is allowed, costumes, flags, etc. Small
Props may be used. Music will be supplied.

Her Heighness Productions is presenting our "For The Beautiful You" pageant seminar / fashion show on Saturday Feb 9th 2002 at the Chicago Ridge Mall in Chicago Ridge Illinois. The seminar starts at 10:00am - 1:00pm. Seminar participants are invited to participate in our "For The Beautiful You" fashion show which is scheduled for 2:30pm at the Chicago Ridge Mall after the seminar. The first 10 seminar participants who sign up and pay their seminar fee will model at our fashion show. As our pageant seminar participant you will receive our pageant training seminar manual and a 10% gift certificate to our new Her Heighness Consignment Boutique ( scheduled to be on our Her Heighness Productions site at www.herheighness.com in January ) The cost for the pageant seminar will be $25.00 and $25.00 for our "Pretty In Pink" Her Heighness Productions T- Shirt should you want one. Hello everyone! I hope you all are doing well! I just wanted to let you know that I have sent out the last of the August Prizes in the mail. You should be getting them within the next few days, if you haven't got them already. I have also just ordered the prizes from the September $2 Photo Contest.
